Cary Jacob Citronberg
Cary graduated from Northwestern University in 2006 with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics, and earned his law degree, with honors, from Georgetown University in 2010. He joined Zwerling, Moseley & Sears, P.C., as a law clerk during his first year of law school, and became an associate upon his admission to the Virginia Bar.
Trial Experience
Cary spent one year in the Criminal Justice Clinic at Georgetown University, which permits young lawyers to try misdemeanor cases in the District of Columbia Superior Court. During the program, he represented dozens of individuals charged with drug possession, assault, theft, and other misdemeanors. He has won favorable resolutions in many cases and has won acquittals in both of his two cases which proceeded through trial.
